1. Overview

Unstable is a non-custodial interface with no user accounts. We collect as little as possible. This page explains what is and is not collected when you use the interface.

Unstable is served only from its official domains — unstabletrade.com and unstabletrd.com (including their www. subdomains). Both are operated by the same team and serve the same interface. Any other domain presenting this interface is an unauthorized copy: do not connect a wallet or sign anything there.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store your name, government ID, or an off-chain personal profile, and there is no account to create. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose email login, see the third-party services section below.

3. Wallet and on-chain data

When you connect a wallet, the interface reads your public wallet address and on-chain balances to build quotes and show your orders. Blockchain transactions are public by nature: your address, trades, and amounts are recorded on public ledgers we do not control and cannot delete.

4. Data stored on your device

The interface stores a few non-identifying values in your browser’s local storage — your theme choice, a short-lived cache of your recent orders, and a flag recording that you dismissed the first-visit notice. These stay on your device and can be cleared anytime by clearing site data.

5. Third-party services

Some functions rely on third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

6. How we use data

Only to operate the interface — build quotes, display your orders, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your data.

7. Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet, clear your browser’s local storage, and stop using the interface at any time. On-chain records cannot be removed by us.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the interface after an update means you accept it.
